Change of Pace Today – Doing My Part to Combat Breast Cancer
I’m doing something off the beaten path today that has little to do with wine. But it makes an impact on the 1 in 8 women diagnosed with breast cancer, who unfortunately seem to be my friends and relatives this year.
Today, I’m participating in a Breast Cancer Blogging Event with hundreds of other bloggers encouraging you to take a moment out of your day and donate $5 or $10 to Jacqueline Reitz. Jacqueline is a 25-year-old breast cancer survivor and mother of two young children who is participating in the Breast Cancer 3 Day benefitting Susan G. Komen for the Cure on the “Betties for Boobies” team (no, I’m not making up the name).
